Order Fulfillment
Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday) are processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. on business days will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Standard Ground Shipping (Free on orders over $100): Typically delivered within 3-5 business days. Delivery times depend on destination and are estimates, not guaranteed.
Express Domestic Shipping: $25 — Delivery within 4-6 hours across the United States.
Express International Shipping: $40 — Air delivery within 24 hours worldwide.
Fast Shipping: $10 — Air delivery within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Next-Day Shipping: $17 — Air delivery on the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Origin
Orders ship from our California and Texas warehouse. We strive to ship from the location closest to your delivery address to minimize transit times.
Shipping Address & Verification
We ship only to the billing address provided, customer residence, or place of employment.
Shipments to addresses different from billing may require additional customer verification.
International Shipping & Customs
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and brokerage charges.
Packages refused by customs will be treated as canceled orders, subject to restocking and cancellation fees.
For Canada orders, we cover Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) services.
Signature on Delivery
Tattoo machines and other high-value items require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Customers must ensure availability to sign for such deliveries.
Packages returned due to missed signature may incur non-refundable shipping fees and cancellation charges.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may not ship to PO boxes due to size, weight, or carrier restrictions.
Certain bulk items (e.g., cases, gallon-sized products) are excluded from free shipping and expedited air services.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are collected at checkout and are non-refundable.
Once an order is shipped, any delays or transit issues are the responsibility of the carrier.
Package Protection
Packages valued over $300 are automatically protected against loss, damage, or theft via ROUTE insurance.
