Eligible Returns
Products must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation intact.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or refund due to safety and hygiene reasons:

Tattoo inks
Tattoo needles and cartridges
Tattoo anesthetics
Restocking Fee
Returned products are subject to a zero percent (0%) restocking fee, reflecting our commitment to a fair return process.
Refunds
Refunds for eligible returns will be issued.
Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations
Before shipment, orders can be canceled for a full refund.
If the order has shipped but has not yet been delivered, refuse delivery to have the package returned. Once received, we will issue a refund minus any shipping fees.
For orders already delivered, customers must return the item at their own expense. Refunds will be processed after receipt, less any shipping costs.
